I’ve visited Jeremy Sharma exhibition called Meditate Realities. His art works called “Say Ocean”, it’s art exhibition showcased visual that represent the music. He has collected 24 locals dialects and speech not usually spoke in Singapore and interpret those pitched, vocal chords, and sounds into abstracted as shapes and letters.

My favourite shapes and letter drawing would be this one on the left, I like how he layering different letters together and it look nice, as I want to put it on my bedroom wall. You can tell from the letter it’s put in words “Jieng Sasi”, it’s not common for me, but at least I learned that the word existed and used in Singapore. Next one would be this painting on the right, with the word “Kadang” I’m not sure exactly what it means but the final painting looks nice, and capture attention.

The last two pieces that I find appealing are these abstract drawing. In my opinion, it could represent the notes in piano used. I find that even sounds can interpret into these cool art pieces which I find it’s very interesting.

Jeremy Sharma has created so many interesting art works, that is creative and yet dedicated hard work of him has spread motivation all around Asia. Since I’d have my own multi-label store in the future, if I be able to use his art pieces or collaborate with him on his design in the future, I would do.
